Welcome to Mysteries and Mystics!
It was a dark and stormy night... my kind of night, ha ha! I love stories
that start out like that. I always enjoy a good scary story or movie. Not the
gory or hack and slash type of horror movie, but spooky ghost stories that you
enjoy reading with your kids by the fire on a chilly Halloween night. In fact,
that's what my little daughter and I do every October. We both love Halloween,
it's our favorite holiday.
When it's cold and rainy outside, that's the perfect time for the two of us to
cuddle up in bed reading our favorite ghost story books or watch a scary movie
by the fireplace. Often times we would scream out loud and then burst out
laughing after realizing how silly we were. Life is so much fun! :)
Anyway, this is a web site about all things mysterious and mystical. I have
always been intrigued by those things ever since I was a kid. I believe many
people are also fascinated by the unknown or things that appear mysterious or
magical. Take magic shows or tricks, for example. How many of you actually don't
enjoy them? Not very many, I bet. In fact, you always want to see more, don't ya?
And you also want to know how the heck they do all those tricks.
There are other things besides magic that folks are interested in such as
ghosts. Are they real? Why do some people see or are able to perceive them in
some way or other, while others can't? Are you afraid of ghosts? Are they all
bad, or are there friendly ones like Casper?
What about Wicca and witchcraft? Do you know anything about them? Unfortunately,
many people don't know much about them, yet they're afraid of witches or hate
them because they think witches are evil. Ignorance can lead to tragedies as you
can read about it in the history of witch hunts. Click on the links on the right
side and
learn a
little about Wicca and witchcraft, just to educate yourself if nothing else.
Those are just a few things that will be included on this site. Much new
